The Franklin Freestyle Wakebourd Tournament took place on August 23rd and 24th, 2008, at Camp Nicolet, Inc.
The 2009 Franklin Freestyle is a USA Waterski Class F Five-Star Tournament, and is a non-profit event operating under a 501(c)3 designation. All proceeds will benefit the Christopher Starz Leadership Memorial Fund.

The Leadership Memorial Fund has been established
in Chris' name to give children from all walks
of life the opportunity to learn and grow in
an outdoor environment as Chris once did. He
believed strongly in the power of nature and
the many positive effects it can have on people.
Camp Nicolet hopes to one day establish Northpoint
Adventures, perpertuating Chris' philosophy and
beliefs in relation to the out-of-doors.
